Leading Cities’ President and CEO was selected to chair the Plenary Panel at the Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) in Barcelona. The SCEWC is the largest Smart Cities event in the world with almost 17,000 attendees, nearly 600 exhibitors and over 600 cities. This gathering identifies new trends and emerging technologies in the world of Smart Cities. The Plenary Panel’s distinguished collection of global thinkers and leaders discussed “Entrenching Sustainability and Resilience Principles: Shaping the Future of Cities.” Together they discussed the future development of Smart Cities from the human scale to the regional scale.
