Have you offered consulting to gateway cities in the US, struggling urban centers particularly challenged by violent crime, poverty, homelessness, environmental blight? If you have a team that provides information to elected officials and engaged community members would you please send information to me? Stockton, CA, San Joaquin County, Central Valley.
